Detailed job description and main responsibilities
1. Group Clinical Audit Programmes: Lead in the creation and oversight of the clinical audit programmes across GESH.
2. Corporate Level Clinical Audit Projects: Provide oversight and support for corporate level clinical audit projects.
3. Clinical Specialty Support: Act as the main contact for designated sites for clinical specialties and clinical audit enquiries.
4. Clinical Audit Expertise: Facilitate the development and implementation of multidisciplinary clinical audits. Initiate, plan, and manage clinical audit projects. Develop recommendations and action plans. Triangulate multiple data sources across clinical governance pillars to assess clinical audit effectiveness across the Group.
5. Reporting: Ensure central reporting of clinical audit progress and discuss provisions needed to meet core clinical audit projects. Provide project updates and summary reports.
6. Establishing and Maintaining Relationships: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders on all aspects of clinical audit. Attend meetings to influence and inform on clinical audit within the Clinical Governance agenda.
7. Training Programme: Deliver regular and ad-hoc audit training for GESH staff, including designing training tools and course structure.
8. Other Responsibilities: Support other Group Clinical Auditors with clinical audit activities and effectiveness as required.

* Understanding of the Clinical audit cycle
* Knowledge of national and regulatory reporting (e.g., Quality account)

* Knowledge of Project management
Skills
Essential criteria:
* Proficiency in MS Office, including advanced MS Excel
* Data analysis skills
* Ability to triangulate data & information
* Advanced writing skills
