... (list continues)
To qualify for the trainee programme, you must be eligible for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation and have a strong knowledge of Residential Building Pathology. The eligibility criteria include:
* A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification plus at least one year of relevant work experience.
* A RICS approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree plus at least two years of relevant experience.

We are also interested in candidates who have completed the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation.
Do you meet the criteria? Are you passionate about property and possess strong pathology knowledge? Do you have excellent communication skills, teamwork ability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach?
Since 1989, we’ve been the UK’s leading provider of residential valuation and property risk services, employing over 600 RICS-registered surveyors. We work with various clients and use industry-leading technology.
Benefits include sponsorship for the AssocRICS qualification, pension, private medical insurance (post-qualification), and death in service cover.
