Role: Billable Works Project Manager
Location: Dorset-based, covering the South/Southwest of England (mobile role)
Salary: £55,000 + Company Car/Car Allowance + Benefits
Hours: Full Time, Permanent
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering high-quality building and maintenance projects? We are looking for a skilled professional to manage the full lifecycle of Billable Works projects across the South and Southwest of England from concept through to completion.
Responsibilities
* Manage the full lifecycle of Billable Works projects
* Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety, environmental and regulatory requirements
* Oversee and support supply chain performance, ensuring appropriate labour is deployed effectively
* Review and approve Risk Assessments and Method Statements
* Engage regularly with stakeholders (including local RFCA reps, site managers, and customer service teams)
* Monitor project progress using systems like Maximo and ensure accurate documentation
* Provide technical solutions to meet end-user requirements and resolve issues
* Support carbon reduction and value-for-money initiatives
* Manage project risk, budgeting, and stakeholder expectations effectively
What You’ll Need
* HND in Building, Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
* Management-level Health & Safety qualification (e.g. SMSTS)
* Proven experience managing contractors and delivering construction or maintenance projects
* Knowledge of contract risk management, cost control, and stakeholder engagement
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
* Full UK driving licence
* Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the South/Southwest
