Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ?? £25,000 per annum Contract type: Temporary We are currently recruiting for a Finance & Complaints Administrator to join a well-established and professional organisation based in Liverpool City Centre. This is a fantastic role for someone who is available immediately and looking to gain further experience in administration roles within the finance/compliance. The Role You will play a key role in supporting the finance and compliance function, ensuring customer cases are handled accurately, professionally and within regulatory guidelines. Key Responsibilities Managing customer and solicitor complaints and queries, providing clear, professional and timely responses Reviewing and verifying customer documentation to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance Monitoring and managing shared inboxes, prioritising cases effectively Investigating and processing commission-related complaints, liaising with internal departments where required Updating and maintaining customer records, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to data protection standards About You Strong administrative experience, ideally within finance, legal or a regulated environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Confident managing multiple cases and prioritising workload Professional, calm and solutions-focused approach What's on Offer £25,000 salary Monday to Friday, 9-5 hours (no weekends) Central Liverpool location with excellent transport links Supportive and professional working environment If you're looking for a stable, office-based role where accuracy and professionalism are valued, we'd love to hear from you.
