The Role:
Strategic Planning: Develop the annual Marketing & Communications plan.
PR & Content Creation: Manage all internal and external communications, including press releases, news articles, campaigns, and industry reports.
Brand Leadership: Act as the company’s brand guardian, ensuring premium brand, on-brand messaging across all platforms.
Event & Project Management: Lead the organisation of member events, training sessions, and our prestigious industry awards.
Digital & Print Media: Oversee the creation, stock, and production of marketing materials, and manage company websites for accuracy. Grow and develop the company online presence with an innovative outlook.
Google Ads & Analytics: Handle Google Ads campaigns and deliver monthly performance reports on all marketing activities.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: At least 4 years in a communications and marketing role.
Skills: Exceptional copywriting, project management, and creative problem-solving abilities.
Leadership: Previous experience managing people, with a knack for nurturing talent.
Tools: Familiarity with commonly implemented communications and marketing software packages.
Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is required, as you’ll need to travel across the UK occasionally.
Attitude: A can-do mindset, with a willingness to go the extra mile when needed.
