As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team.
The Role
As a Contracts Manager, you will oversee multiple carpentry packages across various sites throughout the Southwest. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the high standards our clients expect.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and oversee multiple live sites across the region
· Coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors
· Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
· Maintain strong relationships with site managers, clients, and suppliers
· Monitor project progress, budgets, and programme schedules
· Carry out site visits, inspections, and progress reports
· Resolve issues and provide solutions to keep projects running smoothly
· Support the operational team with planning and forecasting
Requirements:
· 3 Years Experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Site Manager in carpentry
· Strong organisational and communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple sites and teams effectively
· Full UK driving licence
· Knowledge of health & safety legislation
· Ability to read drawings and understand technical information
· Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
