Business Analyst - Camunda Implementation

Our client, one of the UKs top retailers, are looking for a Business Analyst to join them on a contract basis.
This role will be leading the design, configuration, and deployment of Business Process Management (BPM) solutions using Camunda. You will play a key role in enabling digital process automation across the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical architecture, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of Camunda BPM solutions, from requirements gathering to production deployment.
* Collaborate with process owners and technical teams to model and optimize business processes using BPMN 2.0, DMN, and CMMN.
* Configure, customize, and integrate the Camunda platform with internal and external systems (e.g., REST APIs, microservices, databases).
* Design and implement user task forms and workflows using appropriate UI frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Camunda Tasklist).
* Provide technical leadership, best practices, and training to internal teams on BPM concepts and Camunda usage.
* Monitor and troubleshoot workflows in production environments.
* Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes.
