Salary: £120–£190 per day (depending on experience)
About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 5 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in the Halewood area. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire and engage pupils in upper Key Stage 2, delivering a broad and balanced curriculum that prepares them for Year 6.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Planning and delivering creative and engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
* Assessing and tracking pupil progress, ensuring all learners reach their potential.
* Managing classroom behaviour effectively and promoting a positive learning environment.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues and contributing to whole-school initiatives.
Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who:
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Has experience teaching in KS2, ideally Year 5.
* Is passionate about raising standards and fostering a love of learning.
* Demonstrates strong classroom management and organisational skills.
* Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
