Offered Salary: £30K - 40K

Fully remote.

4-day work week. Yes, you read that correctly. We only work 4 days a week.

Required Skills: Ecommerce media buying and creative strategy experience. You must have both. At least 2 years experience with paid media buying for ecommerce on Meta (bonus points for TikTok or Google), and experience with creative strategy.

Experience with paid ads for ecommerce (not pharma, B2B, or plumbers). We specialize in ecommerce.

Note: This position is for highly driven individuals who are productive and want to work 'in the zone' for 4 days and then spend time with family, rest, or do other creative activities on the 5th day. We believe in work-life balance.

Second Note: This is NOT a social media coordinator position. It involves media buying and creative strategy for paid ads on IG, FB, Google, and TikTok.

What you'll be doing:

Helping ecommerce brands grow through creative strategy and media buying on Instagram and Facebook ads, scaling their revenue from $10-20K/mo to $40-50K/mo, and beyond.

Setting up creative strategies, testing, and optimizing ads. Developing creative briefs and understanding customer journey creatives. Assisting clients with technical questions and emotional support during growth.

The ideal candidate:

* Keeps up with latest ad strategies.
* Can describe their favorite creatives.
* Adapts to change and learns continuously.
* Has extreme ownership and initiative.
* Is high energy, positive, organized, and loves working with people.
* Is comfortable with CRM and documentation.
* Has a passion for ecommerce and ads.

* Beginners with less than 1 year experience in ads.
* Someone waiting for instructions.
* Individuals who undervalue documentation.
* Obsessed with small A/B tests or set in their ways about ad approaches.
