Hays are working with a US-owned manufacturing and distribution organisation based just outside Birmingham City Centre. Thepany are undergoing change and growth and offers hybrid working with Monday and Friday at home.
Your new role
This is a 12 month fixed-term contract - you will oversee Financial Management and Reporting, oversee AP and AR, P &L and Balance Sheet forecasts. You will also assist with the month's end closer and ensure reconciliation of the accounts, accurate accruals and adjustments. Other duties will include assisting with the year-end audit, providing information to the external accountants and responding to queries. This is an all-round A-Z role.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a fully Qualified candidate who can start on short notice andmit to a 12 month contract. The ideal candidate will be hands-on and ideally, have some exposure to SOX and Sage, although this is not essential.
