Salary: A GBP 50,000 : A GBP 65,000 + Package (DOE)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a well:established and growing groundworks and construction contractor, working on a new residential development in Faversham.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and hands:on Site Manager to take responsibility for delivering high:quality residential works, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.
The Role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for:
: Overseeing day:to:day site operations on a live residential development
: Managing subcontractors, labour and plant on site
: Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme and quality standards
: Maintaining strict health and safety compliance at all times
: Coordinating with clients, engineers and senior management
: Ordering materials and managing site logistics
: Conducting site meetings and reporting progress
Requirements
: Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential construction or groundworks
: Strong understanding of site health and safety regulations
: SMSTS (essential)
: CSCS Card (Black or Gold preferred)
: First Aid at Work
: Strong leadership and communication skills
: Ability to manage programmes and deliver to deadlines
