We are seeking a passionate SEMH TA to deliver tailored interventions and project- based learning ( such as art, animal care, sports) for pupils aged 11- 16 with social, emotional, and mental health needs. This role is an immediate appointment, continuing throughout the academic year to September 2025. Your Role: Provide 1: 1 and small group support Develop students' confidence, engagement, and emotional regulation Demonstrate empathy, consistency, and an ability to set clear boundaries when necessary Utilize your understanding of neurodiversity and trauma- informed practice This role is ideal for someone eager to make a lasting impact on young lives while working within a forward- thinking, nurturing team.
