About You

As an experienced Attendance Manager you will be responsible for setting the school direction for culture with an initial focus on high attendance and punctuality. To improve school attendance by strategically directing the attendance team who will focus on effective working with students, families, pastoral support teams and other agencies. Also ensuring the school admissions are compliant and coordinate all aspects of student admissions process.

Promoting and upholding the values and ethos of the school and Creative education Trust.

Requirements

To apply, you must hold:

* GCSE A-C English & Maths
* Organised, proactive, and thoughtful, enabling effective operations.
* Extensive experience of working within school attendance
* Experience of working with young people and families
* Experience of line managing a dynamic team
* Evidence of continued professional development and expectation of continuing willingness to develop own professional skills.
