* Managingthe rollout from planning to publishing of the training content forour platforms; working with platform teams on training plansresources tracking progress identifying and managingrisks
* Responsible for managing anyaboveplatform training requirements so for example integrationsetc.
* Developing and publishing rolebasedcurriculums
* Ensuring that other relatedinitiatives such as permissions models resourcing etc feed backinto training initiative.
* Helping with otherrelated work such as developing skillsmatrix
* Communicating progress/metrics of theseinitiatives to seniormanagement
2.Qualifications
* Rollingout curriculum training or DX projects or initiatives at anenterprise level
* Managing projects that spansmultiple teams /crossorg initiatives
* Producingtraining matrices for example mapping roles to trainingcurriculum)
