England Rugby has set a bold target to bring rugby union into an additional 5,000 state primary and secondary schools by 2027, led by a network of 100 School Rugby Managers just like you. Based at Yeovil College, you’ll drive this growth locally, introducing T1 rugby in schools, developing teachers and young leaders, organising inclusive playing opportunities, and creating lasting school-to-club links. You’ll collaborate with Heads of PE, senior school leaders, England Rugby staff, and community partners to ensure rugby thrives in every setting — with a special focus on reaching new and underrepresented groups. What we're looking for:
Proven experience in facilitating program delivery and collaborating with local agencies and partners.
A strong passion for teaching and motivating young people to participate in sport.
Experience supporting young people in learning and developing new skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Educated to A Level or equivalent.
