Key Responsibilities:
1. Review and check Purchase Orders (POs) for accuracy and compliance.
2. Perform purchase ledger duties, including invoice processing and reconciliations.
3. Assist with Accounts Receivable tasks when required.
4. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely payments.
5. Use SAGE accounting software for day-to-day tasks.
Requirements:
6. Previous experience in purchase ledger is essential.
7. Familiarity with SAGE is highly desirable.
8. Some exposure to Accounts Receivable would be an advantage.
9. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
10. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
