The Opportunity

Are you a current People Advisor, in People Ops and you are looking to take the next step in your career? If you’re driven, curious, and people‑centred, we want to meet you.

This role could be for you if you have:

* 2–3+ years’ people advisory experience, partnering with stakeholders across the business

What you’ll be doing (day to day)

People Advisory - Partner with leaders to build positive, high-performing and inclusive environments:

* Provide pragmatic advice across performance, capability, restructuring, redundancy, family leave, flexible working.
* Enable leaders to manage sensitive situations well and make sound, legally compliant decisions aligned with UK employment law.
* Build strong working relationships through proactive guidance, early intervention and ongoing support.


People Operations - Own and deliver core people processes across the employee lifecycle:


* End‑to‑end onboarding through to offboarding
* High‑quality documentation, reporting, and audits
* Managing shared inboxes and acting as a reliable operational point of contact


Process Optimisation - Refine and improve people processes, streamlining workflows and enhancing employee experience.

Change Management - Support and deliver change initiatives, partnering with leaders to embed new ways of working.

People Frameworks & Policies - Help create and update policies aligned with best practice.

People Initiatives - Contribute to key projects across the people roadmap, designing and delivering initiatives that drive engagement and performance.

Upskilling Leaders - Support the development of people leaders, helping them to build high‑performing teams.
