About the role We have an exciting opportunity to join the Helpdesk as a IT Support Desk Assistant. Based at our Birmingham office (Five Ways) You will be working as part of the Helpdesk team fielding incoming requests via both Halo ITSM and telephone. The core skills required are: Prior IT service desk experience of minimum 1 year. Strong communication skills System and Hardware Support User account administration Ability to prioritise workloads This is an opportunity to join an IT team who have successfully developed high quality systems to support all aspects of its optical and hearing business including our stores, manufacturing facility and head office.
