Role Summary
To work with our TCH stakeholders to design, deliver, and evaluate user training for IT applications supported by IT.

Role Specific Responsibilities Include
* Develop and deliver IT training materials on a wide range of software applications, including session plans, user guides, videos, and interactive content.
* Create impactful resources and update training manuals and handouts tailored to staff, such as user guides, manuals, and tips.
* Support technology change initiatives through tailored training solutions during projects and development cycles, ensuring system usage is optimized.
