Role Requirements
Minimum 5-6 years PQE with experience in:
* Inheritance Tax Planning
* Trust Drafting & Administration
* Manage an existing caseload of private client work, including:
* Advising High Net Worth clients with assets in and out of the UK. These will include entrepreneurs, land owners and farmers
* Tax
* Trusts (Set up & Administer)
* Probate & Administration of Estates
* Give Estate Planning & IHT advice
Desirable Qualifications
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-quality caseload with excellent prospects for career advancement
* To be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
* STEP Qualified or actively working towards full membership (preferred but not essential - Support Given)
* Lawyers with either the CTA or AAT qualifications are very welcome to apply, as are those looking to get these qualifications and progress
