Job Title: Programme Manager - Legacy Card System Migration

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the migration of legacy card systems onto modern platforms. The role involves managing complex projects, coordinating rfp, liasing with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring smooth delivery while minimizing operational disruption.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise on RFP Process.
* Develop and manage programme plans, schedules, and budgets.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, business, vendors, and external partners.
* Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and operational standards.
* Provide regular updates and reports to senior stakeholders.
Required Experience & Skills:
* Proven experience managing large-scale financial or card system migration programmes.
* Experience in vendor management and RFPs.
* Strong understanding of legacy card systems, core banking platforms, and modern payment technologies.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Strong programme governance, risk management, and delivery expertise.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
* Experience with cloud-based payment systems and digital transformation projects.
* Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks in the payments industry.
