Person Specification – What We're Looking For
Key responsibilities:
Efficiently managing for parts and supporting the vehicle technician team with necessary components.
Establishing and nurturing robust relationships with external parts suppliers to ensure quality and timely availability of parts.
Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by adhering to company policies and maintaining comprehensive stock purchase records.
Accurately completing all required administrative tasks and promptly.
About you:
Strong understanding of parts ordering processes and stock management.
Prior experience in a similar role.
Ability to prioritise workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills to interact efficiently with colleagues.
Strong organisational & time management skills
Computer literate
Full UK driving licence

Full-Time Role: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm
