French Selection (FS) is recruiting a Senior Project Manager for an international technology and solutions provider delivering innovative programmes and services across multiple regions.
The Role
You will lead and deliver multiple complex projects end-to-end, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The role has a strong international focus, particularly across Southern Africa.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing multiple concurrent projects across Southern Africa
* Owning project planning, execution, risk management, and financial control
* Coordinating cross-functional teams spanning scientific, technical, IT, and business disciplines
* Acting as a key point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and PMO leadership
* Monitoring KPIs, project performance metrics, and governance standards
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery and processes
* Supporting the onboarding and mentoring of new project managers and team members
* Preparing and presenting project updates to senior leadership
* Occasional international travel to Africa and the US
About You
* Significant experience in project or programme management
* Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream projects independently
* Strong stakeholder management skills within international, cross-functional environments
* Fluent French speaker (Arabic highly desirable)
* Background in engineering, chemistry, business or IT
* Comfortable with international travel
* PMP certification preferred but not essential
* Confident user of MS Office and Microsoft Teams
