The Role Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups Assisting the class teacher with lessons and classroom activities Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment Supporting children with varying learning abilities and additional needs Encouraging pupil confidence, development, and participation What We’re Looking For Experience working with children or young people preferred Positive, patient, and proactive attitude Strong communication and teamwork skills Passion for supporting children’s learning and development TA qualifications are beneficial but not essential At Supply Hive, safeguarding is a top priority.
