Hourly Paid - This position is an hourly paid role with variable hours We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable hourly paid Engineering Lecturer to deliver both theoretical and practical workshop-based lessons to adult students at our Woodlands and Blossomfield campuses. You will need to be confident in delivering engaging and interactive engineering lessons, covering key theoretical concepts as well as hands-on workshop skills. You should be able to tailor sessions to meet individual and group learning needs, providing practical guidance in sessions. Supporting students in developing their technical skills and industry knowledge is an essential aspect of the role, along with assessing progress and providing constructive feedback to help learners improve.
