Job Description
3. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
4. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications for the team.
5. Maintain organised records and documentation in line with company policies.
6. Provide support in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
7. Assist in the implementation of office procedures and policies.
8. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
9. Ensure timely and accurate data entry and record-keeping.
10. Support other departments with administrative needs as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Administrator should have:
11. Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
12. Have SAP knowledge
13. Understanding and working experience of Excel
14. Proficiency in using office software and tools.
15. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
16. A keen eye for detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
17. Previous experience in the industrial or manufacturing industry is advantageous.
18. An ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
19. GCSE Grade 4 or Level C is a minimum requirement
