About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by providing comprehensive administrative support across departments. Key Objectives Provide efficient administrative support to enhance operational workflow. Coordinate communication and scheduling across teams and external partners. Maintain accurate records and manage office resources effectively. Responsibilities Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for team members. Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications. Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information. Assist with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed. Support event planning and coordination for company meetings and initiatives. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally. Order and manage office supplies to maintain an efficient work environment. Requirements Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Detail-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience with office management software and communication tools is a plus. Familiarity with basic bookkeeping or accounting tasks is advantageous.
