As Contract Manager, your role is to manage client relations, team management, and supplier management, with a focus on continuous improvement in all aspects of operations. You will be responsible for Contract Management and service delivery within a PFI Education environment. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Managing the operational delivery of FM services through site-based FM Managers.
2. Ensuring operational performance and financial results across the contract.
3. Implementing efficiency initiatives identified by the Commercial Team.
4. Applying established policies and procedures to meet contract requirements.
5. Liaising with client representatives to foster long-term partnerships.
6. Ensuring service delivery complies with Health & Safety, QA, Environmental, and Energy policies.
Candidates should have relevant qualifications or significant experience in Facilities Management, including a successful track record in FM service delivery, preferably in a PFI setting, and managing diverse contracts. Excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, flexibility, and team motivation abilities are essential. A valid UK Driving Licence is required due to the varied site locations across Hull.
The successful candidate will need an Enhanced DBS Check with Child Barred list clearance before starting.
