Key Responsibilities: Provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety. Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, medication management, meal preparation, and companionship. Develop strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families, promoting independence and well-being. Maintain accurate records of care provided, adhering to company policies and procedures. Drive to and from client locations, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. Requirements: Experience: At least 1 year of experience in domiciliary or home care. Qualifications: Must hold a valid Care Certificate. Driving License: A full, clean driving license and access to a reliable vehicle are essential. Skills: Excellent communication, empathy, and time management skills. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
