Client Services Administrator Location: Bury (Full-time, Office-based)

The Opportunity The firm is seeking a Client Services Administrator to support Financial Advisers and Paraplanners. This is a key role within the business, ensuring client service runs smoothly and that all administrative processes are delivered to a high standard.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the financial services industry and should be confident communicating directly with both clients and product providers. Candidates who have started or wish to start CII studies will be fully supported.
Key Responsibilities Pre-Sales Support
Prepare Engagement Letters, Letters of Authority, Client Agreements, and application forms
Obtain valuations, quotes, and relevant policy information
Create and maintain compliant client files Client & Adviser Support
Provide updated valuations and information ahead of client meetings
Prepare background materials for Advisers
Manage Adviser diaries, meetings, and workload planning
Maintain accurate client records within back-office systems
Update and maintain email distribution lists Administrative Duties
Handle incoming calls and greet visitors
General filing and ad-hoc admin work
Support Adviser teams with case progression and provider communications
Ensure processes, systems, and compliance requirements are followed Professional Development
Maintain and develop personal knowledge and qualifications
Take part in relevant training, development, and competency programmes Key Competencies
