What You’ll Do
Provenir is seeking a Senior Presales Consultant who is a business thought leader. You will partner with customer-facing teams to sell Provenir’s risk-decisioning platform. Your role involves understanding customer challenges and using your expertise in our solutions to deliver compelling value propositions. You will establish yourself as a ‘go-to’ expert both internally and externally. This is a remote role, based in the UK or France, with short-term travel required.
What’s Required
* Conduct customer discovery to identify needs, issues, and pain points.
* Create compelling demonstrations and presentations of Provenir’s offerings addressing customer challenges.
* Articulate the benefits and value of proposed solutions.
* Support sales cycles through Q&A sessions and workshops.
* Assist in answering RFPs, managing technical and business content, and coordinating with subject matter experts.
* Build and nurture relationships with client counterparts.
Internal Focus:
* Collaborate with sales and internal teams to address objections and gaps, ensuring balanced decisions.
* Document sales process artifacts for smooth transition to delivery teams.
* Share best practices and contribute to internal enablement sessions.
* Work with Product Managers to incorporate customer insights into roadmaps.
Qualifications, Strengths, and Skills
* At least five years of experience working with sales teams, either in software or consulting.
* Minimum three years in financial services decisioning, with knowledge of credit risk, AI/machine learning, fraud prevention, or analytics.
* Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field.
* Strong storytelling, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent planning, documentation, and communication skills.
* Experience with enterprise technology, basic programming, and integration patterns is a plus.
* Team player capable of working independently.
* Fluent in French is required.
