Traffic Marshall
Roles and Responsibilities
Direct and control the movement of vehicles and plant machinery on-site to ensure safety.
Guide delivery drivers and ensure the safe loading and unloading of materials.
Maintain clear communication with site management and machine operators.
Monitor and manage traffic flow around the construction area to prevent congestion and accidents.
Ensure all safety procedures and site rules are followed at all times.
Report any incidents, near misses, or safety concerns to the site supervisor immediately.
Requirements
Valid Traffic Marshal/Banksman certification.
CSCS card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme).
Previous experience working as a Traffic Marshal or similar role on a construction site.
Good communication skills and awareness of health and safety procedures.
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions precisely.
High level of attention to detail and situational awareness.
Must be willing to help out and labour
