What You'll Be Doing
As a trainee ground worker, you'll play a key role in preparing and maintaining construction sites, helping ensure all groundwork is completed to high standards. Tasks include:
1. Site Preparation - Clearing and marking out construction areas
2. Excavation - Digging trenches for foundations and drainage
3. Foundation Work - Laying and levelling concrete
4. Drainage Installation - Installing pipes, manholes, and infrastructure
5. Concreting - Mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete
6. Equipment Operation - Using tools like excavators and cement mixers
