Role: As a member of the Group Compliance Team contributing to the maintenance of a robust Compliance Framework and annual Compliance Plan which collectively identify, assess, and monitor legal & regulatory risk, and facilitate the escalation / reporting of relevant matters. Responsibilities: Assist the Compliance Team in the delivery of the Annual Compliance Monitoring Plan, via a combination of Focused, Thematic, and Awareness type quality assurance reviews. Support the evolution of the Compliance Universe & Data Protection framework, including the ongoing review of key risk & performance metrics. Coordinate the administration of Compliance Function activities, and support each of the compliance pillars (Financial Crime / Compliance / Data Protection) in maintaining a proper log / audit trail of activities. Assist in the coordination of bespoke compliance sponsored workshops and training programs to enhance business awareness of key legislative & regulatory matters. Assist in the ongoing maintenance of compliance owned Policies, Processes, and Procedures across all global entities. Assist the compliance pillars in the monitoring of business activities against internal and external requirements, reporting MI as necessary to demonstrate effective oversight. Coordinate Compliance Team meetings, Action Logs, and assist team members in maintaining structured records of business activities.
