We are seeking an experienced School Admin to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Tilehurst from Wednesday 4th September 2025.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous school office experience who is highly organised, professional, and able to thrive in a busy environment.
Role Details:
* Part-Time: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-1:30pm
* Full-Time: Monday-Friday, standard school office hours (to be confirmed)
* Temporary-to-permanent opportunity for the right candidate
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing admin support to the school office and leadership team
* Acting as the first point of contact for parents, staff, and visitors
* Handling calls, emails, and general enquiries efficiently
* Maintaining accurate records and updating school systems
* Supporting day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth running of the school
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a school office or educational setting is essential
* Strong IT and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Flexible, proactive, and able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
