SEE Trainer

We are expanding our team and would love you to join us!
You will play a key part in the learning experiences of our students and be part of the successful delivery of the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program.
* Deliver language, literacy, numeracy & digital skills training
* Be part of making a difference in the community
The Opportunity:
* Use your experience to engage students, use effective learning techniques and maintain a student centred approach
* Identify barriers to learning to support student attendance
* Bring learning to life for students and use different forms of communication to gain positive outcomes
* Conduct pre-training assessments and implement training to meet contract requirements
About you:
* Ability to work with diverse participants
* Be a driven, supportive, and community-minded person, working with learners and, in some regions, non-English speakers to support them in building future opportunities for themselves through learning
* Able to motivate and upskill jobseekers to improve their LLN skills to complete education and gain employment
* Have the capacity and desire to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment at any given time
* Excellent skills in training facilitation and assessment within the vocational area
Qualifications:
* Bachelor of TESOL with current TAE or an undergraduate degree or teacher qualification with a Graduate Diploma of Education or postgraduate TESOL
* Knowledge of the Australian Core Skills Framework preferred
