The Role
We're looking for an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to join our kitchen team.
Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll help lead daily service, support the development of junior chefs, and play an important role in maintaining the quality and consistency we're known for.

Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
* Running sections during service with confidence and consistency
* Helping maintain high food standards and presentation
* Assisting with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
* Supporting and encouraging junior members of the team
* Taking responsibility for the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
* Calm and organised approach during service
* Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
* Passion for quality food and consistency
* Good communication and leadership skills

* £34,000–£36,000 salary depending on experience
* Strong tips via tronc (paid separately)
