In this role, you will provide a creative services response to young people and their families which includes the use of mediation intervention, supporting and strengthening the family relationship. The program aims to provide a response to highly vulnerable and complex needs individuals and families, delivering a high quality and sometimes intensive level of case assessment, support and intervention for individuals, families and children. Your skills and experience Bachelor of Social Work and / or substantial years of relevant experience in Current Drivers Licence valid in Victoria Proven experience working with vulnerable young people Experience working with young people and families Sound knowledge and/or understanding of youth and families experiencing difficulties increasing risk of homelessness Excellent oral and written communications skills, including experience in the preparation of case noting, reporting and client records.
