They are now looking for a Stores Sales Manager for their high turnover Chester site. Reporting into the Stores Director, you'll lead the sales team with energy, confidence and care. You'll set the tone for exceptional service, coaching and support your team, and take ownership of the store's performance as if it were your own. You'll bring a commercial mindset and natural flair for people management to every decision. As Store Sales Manager you'll have one in every four weekends off, with the rest of the weekends working to ensure customer & commercial success during peak trade hours.

- Passionate about motivating and developing a team
- Significant experience at a Sales Manager, Deputy Manager, or General Manager level
- A proven track record leading teams in high-ticket retail with car or furniture sales advantageous
- A natural sales leader, confident coaching and supporting others to grow
- Obsessed with delivering great customer experiences
- Commercially aware and confident making decisions
- The ability to create a great culture and drive consistent performance
