Job Description:
Set Up Operational Systems: Build and implement processes for logistics, product delivery, and inventory management at the client’s site.Tailor Product Solutions: Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to customise service offerings and product packages.Strengthen Client Partnerships: Develop trusted relationships with on-site personnel through regular presence and clear communication.Identify Growth Opportunities: Analyse site needs and propose strategic add-ons to enhance value and client satisfaction.Facilitate Team Transition: Help recruit, train, and hand over responsibilities to a permanent on-site team member.Travel and Flexibility: Be available for regular travel and extended stays at client locations as the project requires.
Experience And Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in operations, business development, or project management·Confidence in client-facing roles with strong communication and relationship-building skills·Proven ability to establish new processes or business functions from the ground up·Self-motivated with a flexible, can-do mindset and hands-on approach·Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel/stay away from home as needed
