We are looking to recruit an experienced Clinical Scientist or Audiologist to join our audiology team supporting patients across East Sussex. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering high standards of care across paediatric, adult and vestibular clinical pathways and is looking for the opportunity to be part of significant service development and supporting staff through change.
You will be a Clinical Scientist or audiologist able to complete the Clinical Scientist equivalency pathway working at a complex clinical level and have the skills and knowledge to deliver compassionate leadership within our team.
You will have a passion for delivering high quality audiology services and enjoy supporting the team through clinical leadership to maintain quality and activity performance. You will have experience of delivering clinical audit, service evaluation and the ability to share learning and embed change. You will work with the team to embed evidence based practice and work within BSA and BAA standards. You will also be able to support the team to maintain our paediatric IQIPs registration and achieve IQIPs accreditation for our adult services.
