Commercial Administrator (Part-time) We are working with a specialist engineering business based in Mallusk to recruit for their new Commercial Administrator. Working up to three days a week, reporting into and supporting management you will work closely with the General Manager across; Supporting the team across a wide range of finance, administration and sales support tasks Provide a supporting role to the entire team, working flexibly across the organisation to assist during busy periods Finance and facilities administration, working with the accounts function to support in administration, including basic invoicing, sending statements, entering purchase invoices and raising purchase orders Administration of orders and sales - working with team members to liaise with Suppliers and Customers Stock and service queries administration and helping the team with problem solving Assisting with IMS quality audits What we are looking for: Commercial administration experience Confident communication and interpersonal skills Confident IT skills For more information, apply or give us a call and ask for Jack!
