Salary: 80,000 + depending on skills and experienceThe focus of this role is to identify and deliver a transformative approach to Group Reward and Global Mobility. You will be responsible for establishing the domestic and global mobility policies to aid deployment by the Mobility Services team. This an excellent and new opportunity that will enable you to redefine our approach to global mobility at BAE Systems.What you’ll be doing: You will represent the Reward COE at all business linked meetings providing two-way feedback on key delivery focussed projects.Contributing to the development and deployment of an overall specialism, best practice policies, processes, governance and supporting tools.Using an understanding of the business and relationship management skills to provide specialist insight and advice to Business & People teams & functions to influence, facilitate and implement change.Providing insights and intelligence to aide the businesses to make key reward decisions and deliver on the broader HR and business strategy.Driving the utilisation of key tools to be able to transfer system knowledge across the Business.Responsible for projects to deliver agreed business/functional outcomes.Contribute to steering/working groups to deliver Centre of Expertise (COE) requirements.Working with other CoE’s and other partners to deliver integrated business-focussed solutions.Deliver communications material and ensures material is easily accessible to support in delivering the annual Reward activity cycles.Leading the development of framework, governance, education and supporting tools to ensure effective business implementation and delivery.Your skills and experiences: Significant and current experience in global mobility gained within an international business or professional services environment.Strong understanding and expertise coming from international secondments and relocations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Highly organised and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.Benefits: You’ll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, car allowance, private medical insurance, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
