About This Role We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Chief People Officer and the shared services team. You will play a key role in delivering our HR strategy and ensuring we attract, retain, and develop outstanding staff across our schools in this senior role. For this key position, we would welcome applications from those with recent experience in the Education sector. In this pivotal role, you will lead the implementation of our new People Plan, focused on:
* Attracting and recruiting great people
* Developing talent and leadership
* Supporting staff wellbeing, engagement, and retention
* Building an inclusive, values-led culture
* Strengthening organisational capability and workforce planning
You will also be responsible for delivering a high-quality HR service, including employee relations, reward and recognition, and organisational design — ensuring ODBST remains a resilient, forward-looking Trust.
