You'll have the opportunity to lead modernisation initiatives, drive process efficiency and digitalisation, and make a direct impact on decision-making in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. * Preparing monthly management accounts, general ledger closing, and group reporting packs * Overseeing SAP Cockpit and the P2P workflow to drive compliance and on-time processing * Managing, coaching, and developing a Trainee Accountant, supporting career progression * Improving and streamlining finance processes through digital tools and analytics * Supporting audits, statutory accounting, tax activities, and all aspects of internal controls Essential * Fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or equivalent hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment * Expertise in SAP (or equivalent ERP), advanced Microsoft Excel, and digital finance tools * Analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven experience in driving process improvements * Effective communication, collaboration, and business partnering skills across all levels * Proactive, detail-oriented, and resilient approach to meeting deadlines and managing priorities Desirable * Experience with Power BI and finance process automation * Continuous improvement mindset and a passion for driving change We are committed to building a workforce that is reflective of the diverse community we serve.
