IFA Administrator Leeds Salary up to £28,000 DOE My client a leading Wealth Management company based in Leeds seeks an experienced IFA administrator to work in a small but busy team providing admin support to the advisers. Must have experience working in Wealth Management. Duties Include: Processing new business documentation in accordance with the agreed service and quality standards Producing all relevant paperwork for the client on behalf of the Adviser including quotations, illustrations, valuations and client reports Confidently handle complex queries from clients, Advisers and colleagues, taking the appropriate action to ensure the query is dealt with in a timely and effective manor Liaising with providers to obtain information relating to client policies To deliver a high level of support and excellent client service in accordance with FSA guidelines, internal policy and procedure and company service standards Ensuring all information on the client database is up to date To be considered for this role you must have: Experience in working within a Wealth Management company in an identical role Experience of working with a wide range of financial services products Good knowledge of regulatory requirements Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Excellent computer and Microsoft office skills CLD Recruitment (Leeds) Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
