The Role You’ll be stepping in as a Senior Civil Engineer to lead civil engineering design and delivery across a varied portfolio. You’ll be involved from initial concept through to detailed design, helping to shape infrastructure elements, site strategies, drainage, highways/SUDS, ground condition resolution, etc. You’ll work closely with architects, planners, contractors, and public bodies, ensuring that designs are robust, efficient, sustainable, and buildable. You’ll also mentor more junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools.
