Job Description
The Dutch company Boix Europe sells packaging machines and is the number 3 market player in the fresh produce sector in the United Kingdom. Boix is also experiencing strong growth in both the food and non-food sectors. Boix sees significant growth opportunities in the UK market and wants to invest in a Sales Account Manager for the UK who will drive this growth while working from home.
What will you be doing?
As an International Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding Boix Europe's customer base across the UK. Your focus will be on creating new business opportunities in various sectors such as fresh produce, meat, fish, agriculture, bakery, confectionery, and online supermarkets. After an extensive onboarding and training period, you will proactively seek out new opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Building, maintaining, and expanding long-term customer relationships;
2. Acting as a sparring partner, identifying client needs and requirements;
3. Collaborating closely with colleagues (including the factory in Spain) and strategic partners such as cardboard and glue suppliers;
4. Participating in (international) trade fairs;
5. Performing various ad hoc tasks;
