What would be some of your responsibilities?
1. Overseeing project costs and maintaining accurate records.
2. Preparing and managing tender packages, subcontract orders, and valuations.
3. Collaborating closely with technical, sales, and build teams to deliver optimal outcomes.
4. Monitoring and reporting on financial performance across projects.

What do we need from you?
1. HNC/HND in Surveying or equivalent.
2. Proven experience as a PQS/SQS/Commercial Lead within residential construction.
3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and legal obligations.
