Requirements for the Estate Planner position:
* IFA or banking experience preferred
* Legal background or membership with the Society of Will Writers
* Proficiency in legal software
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Valid Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle
* High attention to detail
* Ability to build trusting client relationships and understand client needs
* Regular liaising with the financial advisers in the business
* Conduct meetings with new and existing clients, in person or via video conferencing
* Provide clients with tailored estate planning solutions
* Accurately maintain client records and manage correspondence
* Handle an active caseload and collaborate with involved parties to ensure timely case completion
* Manage and prioritise caseload effectively to achieve targets
